Council staff are still getting FREE parking at the rear of the old social services buildings in Grosvenor road, accessed via the barrier near hi-speed tyres! Take a look during the week!!

So WHY are these members of staff getting to park for free when the rest of us working in town have to pay so much to park?!

I’ve had much better service this week on Three, which shares the EE mast! I’m probably ready to declare victory on the change.org petition now.

I realise there are still problems with signal in places like Llay etc but as mentioned before that is a separate issue … it’s an issue of general poor service by the companies and lack of coverage in some areas. It’s different to the specific town centre issues which were centred on two particular masts which couldn’t handle the level of traffic they were receiving, so there was a high signal but no connectivity.

This specific issue has now been resolved but if you do have other issues with your mobile company please take this campaign as an inspiration for pursuing a complaint and getting some action from your mobile company!

are people reporting that the EE data is ok too?

Hi, this mast is the shared one between EE and Three, and the Executive Office of Three told me that BT were doing work on 6th October to install fibre networking, but it may take until the 15th for EE and Three to switch the mast over to make full use of the new fibre network.

Some users have already reported an improvement, but that could just be Three making use of some existing redundant bandwidth. I haven’t noticed any improvement myself so it could just be a fluke of those who manage to get on the network first, but once it’s full it’s full! Hopefully, with the extra availability being introduced, we should all see an improvement by 15th October.

I wonder if they will switch 4G on at the same time?
