The Swan, Abbot Street Wrexham did have a out building where bands would practice, don’t know if it is still in use.

I worked at Bersham Engineering for about 5 years Clarkes was at the far end of the factory, from the footpath leading to the steps. (Factory on righthand side)

Didn’t that site used to be a scrap yard, the only Clarkes i know used to be part of Bersham Engineering, and Esless park is built on that site.
