Transportuser, rather than ranting here, why not do something productive and ask the Council the question?
Nen, I nod in agreement! Problem is that it is going to get worse (I would love to add “before it gets better” but hand on heart cannot)

PS I wonder if the quoted resident was on benefits and having their rent and Council Tax Paid? Cake and eating it springs to mind!

Point 1. – The Council has no money so why not let Andrew, Ian and their lot help out! Its not as if they are doing it for any other reason apart from their love of the Town.
Point 2. – Is not squandering its a statutory requirement as the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requires all social landlords (like Wrexham Council) to improve their housing stock to an acceptable level by 2020.
Point 3. – Agreed! What do we pay our NI Contributions for? They should support us in life and death. Not quite sure why you are making this point here though ………My suggestion of placing the Arts Hub on the site was ignored as the invisible covenant on the site restricts the use of the land for educational purposes only ………… but think of all the parking for the 10000s that will be using the Arts Hub every week!

Executive – Relating to or having the power to put plans or actions into effect (think about the savings they will make on the Groves!)
And this is why they get Executive pay!
We certainly get Value For Money, no qualms about that.
