Councillor X – your statement about about what a Councillor should be doing is fine in principle about representation — what you have however failed to address is stubbornness, face saving, party political factions, and the ploy of trying to get one over on someone or some organisation. The ultimate overlook is ‘self preservation’ of a Councillor.

Let us hope that there are new people putting themselves forward in next years elections in May.

If the Litter Patrol were on duty they could have collected at least three fines by the looks of the cig stubs they could pay for the grass cutting!

Here is what to do if flooding occurs — no reference about prevention

Look on page 24 to show how close your house is to a flood area in Wrexham — you will be very surprised!!

Sorry to disappoint but this is highly unlikely as the team are now due two weeks holiday before they start pre season training- the best we could hope for is part of the squad may be able to fit in with schedules.
Part funding for the event in Cardiff has come from the Welsh Government ‘large event fund’ and is not just the City Council. The Council also recognised their limitations and brought in a large event management company to handle the massive logistics.
It is such a pity this time — lets start planning for the World Cup instead!!

Now now children please don’t let the threads deteriorate to the gutter that all of the political fallout after the result has ended.

This Labour squabble is going to potentially be the most damaging thing to have happened to the Party — the internal conflict is winder full for David and Boris who will just let the Labour Party be torn to shreds from within — they can sit on sidelines and lap it up.

After such turmoil over the Referendum the last thing the country needs is internal political destabilising the whole country- Scotland wanting out- Wales not knowing which way to turn- Plaid saying they will consider coalition with Labour even though pre Election that was not on the cards.

Party activists in all parties wont forget the back stabbers who say one thing to get elected and do something different!¬!

The starting point surely is for everyone to report every incidence- quantity of reporting will ‘normally’ result in action — You should send to Helen Patterson as Chief Exc of the Council, Councillors Hugh Jones who has Community Safety in his brief, Cllr David Bithel who has Environment and Cllr Mark Pritchard as Leader of the Council and of course the Police.
Lack of reporting results in low statistics– the more reports the better even if you do feel that it is a waste of time. If they dont react then report to the Ombudsman and the Police and Crime Commissioner.

The updating of the register is the responsibility of each individual Council Members who are supposed to provide relevant information to the Monitoring Officer in the Council.

Well said people prefer to have a job and support rather than somewhere to go and look at art if they are made redundant.
