On the same note, how do we know that they have not been halved?

Answer: We don’t so we have to trust them.

Wrexham User what planet are you on. This is not a political move it’s the most serious situation since WW2 and it’s people like you who are aiding the spread of Covid 19. Take a big deep breath and realise that your actions will put people in the Maelor and could end up with dying.

They would have to purchase the land on the opposite side of straight mile and also part of the field off Chapel Lane as Aldi and the developers do not own them. This was looked into a few years ago and was rejected because of the trees plus habitat.

Because there is a natural pond there and it is protected. Just look opposite the Crown Inn and you will see it within the trees.

So the Planning Dept’ used false data and when it was pointed out to them by the Planning Inspectors and they were told to redo their findings they kept the false data there and made so many mistakes the Inspectors kicked it back at them again. The Planning Dept’ is not fit for purpose and there should be a major cleansing carried out starting at the top. I can’t see how we can have a go at Councillors when they point out the facts. They are after all the people we voted in as opposed to the Planning Officers who are appointed and think they are all little Gods.

When Planning Officers use false evidence to support their figures it’s bound to be picked up by the inspectors in charge. Until this work is undertaken by somebody with the knowledge to take it forward then it will fail.

The inspectors kicked it back and stated why, then the same planning officers came up with the same arguments that had already failed.

Wrexham Planning is not fit for purpose and the sooner they have a clear out the better.

I just hope it’s a UK lockdown as it makes more sense.

The flats may not be fit for purpose but neither is Wrexham Planning Dept’ with all the excuses they make for their lack of professional standards.

It gets to the point (over and over again) when you wonder what the hell goes on in the little minds of council officers. They should not hire “Fourth Street” again they would be better asking people living on the back street as they have more brains.

Why is it always the governments fault when something is wrong in so many eyes. The Welsh Assembly have ordered the lockdown NOT the Government.
