Most of these charging points you see out and about in car parks etc seem a bit of a gimmick to me, more a public image promotion for whatever location they are in and hence why most are free to use.
What really should be happening if the country is serious about getting us all in electric cars is installing a charge point in every new home built. I can see a collaboration between Redrow and Toyota for example. ‘Buy a new house and get 20% off a Prius’.

I commute to Birkenhead, not a bad run apart from the posthouse roundabout. If I notice any traffic news before I set off its usually M56 this M56 that. Don’t think I’d want to commit to driving that route twice daily.

How fast can you go before you go under the green foot bridge! We’ve all done it.

People who refuse to use the internet because they are old and they didn’t need it in 1964…..Someone do them a massive favour and get them a tablet and show them how to use it (incredibly simple, my child could do the basics at 1 and he’s not even on it regularly). It might just improve their lives!
They are missing out on this forum for christ sake!!!

Captainkavos – I’m guessing you live along the milebarn road sort of area? Another of the ‘not in my back yard’ brigade.

I totally agree that something should be done about litter/dog fouling but if you could all excuse my ignorance for a minute and explain to me how they enforce these fines?

If I was the type of person to need issuing with a fine I’d also probably tell said litter monitor to do one and just run away!

Also do you need to show them any I.D? What’s to stop me giving my neighbours name and address?

I appreciate most people are far too polite for all of that and would rather pay £75 than be seen sprinting down the high street but it must happen.

    Dorris from Borras found, horay!!!!

Let’s face it, if you installed a bucket of piss as a feature in Wrexham somebody would nick it. Never mind some nice fiberglass sheep things.

I wonder what they thought they would do with it? Or to it!

What a load of rubbish. This would only serve to push up the price of cheaper supermarket drinks anyway. No one ever became an alcoholic because it was cheap to do so.

Sorry people, but in clip 1 the camera car is entirely correct. The Ford Ka is in the wrong lane and cuts him up. If you approach the roundabout in the lane the Ford Ka was in your only option is to go straight on towards plas coch.

No disrespect to North Ferriby but it was embarrassing, Wilkin rightly sacked!
