Every 2 weeks when black bin collection day comes around, I genuinely put 2, 3 even 4 bags of rubbish in my neighbours bins before work. Been doing it for years. I’d happily pay a bit more for an extra black bin but that would never happen. I’m lucky enough to live nearish to one of Wrexham’s tips and go often, don’t tend to take non-recyclable stuff though, mainly due to the hassle you get from the blokes there desperate to see what it is your chucking.

I’ll just keep chugging the old diesel past here at 80mph, the last thing we want is for the 50mph restriction to actually work! You’ll all thank me eventually when it goes back to 70mph.

A new McDonalds! Now I’m excited. I demand to know of the identity of this mythical utopia.

If this does actually make any difference to the price of regular strength drinks that most people buy, I suspect lots of people will just get their ale when they’re in England. Total own goal.

Ever thought that 365 nice new houses might bring some actual wealth and desirability to Llay, which parts of, lets be honest are currently a dump.

Most traffic now seems to be observing the 50 limit so happy days.
You “had to speed up”? Really?
Yep, merging at 50 when everyone else is doing 70 doesn’t work. Fact is nobody sticks to speed limits unless there are speed cameras of some description, always has been this way and always will be. (I’m not saying that’s right of course).

Came down the slip road off Mold Road this morning at 50mph. Everyone was flying past me, soon had to speed up to keep pace.

I commute out of Wrexham daily and can assure you that the roads are much busier in the opposite direction.
The town centre and its nightlife have bombed over the last 10-15 years.
That being said I spend a lot of time in Birkenhead, which is a massive dump, makes Wrexham look like Chelsea!

IF you are a first time buyer you’d do very well to stay clear of new builds anyway due to their premium asking price. Lots of these homes will be sold to people already living in Wrexham looking to move up the ladder and thus freeing up their smaller, cheaper houses and so on and so on.
