    His name was Harry and what people didn’t know he was a black belt 3rd Dan in Karate. I always remember running a local quiz and he came in selling his produce and one of the team nicknames was ‘ Hey Cockle Man, come over here and rub some vinegar on this muscle ‘ which I proceeded to read out on the mic ( you can imagine the laughter ‘

    Totally agree, this pavement project in the town centre is nothing short of an absolute disgrace, the money wasted here could have been used so much wiser and the sad part is the same thing will happen again when they realise as to how awful the new look is

    In my 30 years of driving I don’t think I can remember a more pointless, unnecessary utter waste of money, with all the council cutbacks forecast and they spend that kind of money on this utter nonsense, I really do wonder what sort of people make these idiotic decisions.

    Well, if they do decide to make an appearance in town I hope they take note of what the public say, unlike a few years back when they asked people their opinion of Wrexham achieving city status, well over 80% voted no, hey – ho, back to the guildhall, in goes the application
