Sounds like an interesting meeting. I have never heard of ” peer review” by one County Council on another. Anyone know anything about it?

I have no idea what it means, but i’d be interested to see what the future holds for the library as books will be the next big electronic market shake up.

The spectre of Amazon’s library service should concern everyone who enjoys the free service of municipal libraries.

It seems to mean a review by like personnel to pin point where things can be improved. Academia and medicine also peer review. I had to search for it as hadn’t heard of it before.

I hope the libraries survive in some way. I have spent many an hour in my local one.
