I saw the twitter discussion on here but because i am banned i wanted to ask the question here.

I am not paying £25 when i already pay a lot of money in Council Tax so i think the best ideas to get rid of my grass cuttings and weeds are

    – to put them in other peoples bins late at night
    – hide them at the bottom of my black bin
    – put them on the grass verges or in fields
or put them council car park for them to pick up

they will want to charge money to take food caddy next

The council web site does not work & they don’t answer the phone, how are you supposed the pay the £25.00 garden waste fee?
