I was wondering what people’s views are on what is ‘Missing’ in Garden Village both for The Younger and Older Generations. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

In this day and age, there is little missing in Garden Village. Cars and the Internet mean that most people will find things to enjoy in close proximity. There are Bus stops, Schools, Green spaces, and small shops to act as facilities and excellent pubs/restaurants like the Acton close to hand. More significantly, there is less in the town beyond to purr about including the status of the local football club and state of the markets

Fresh food shops. The greengrocers on Chester Road was always popular. Given the age distribution in Garden Village, a butcher or grocer might be able to generate a lot of local trade.

Obviously not popular enough, or they’d still be there.
