As some of you may know WCBC are replacing kitchens in thier housing stock. They are doing this to properties that in the near future have planned boiler replacement. Which will mean significant parts of new kitchens being ripped out and renewed after new boiler.

Also all houses are having a gas supply installed to cooker area. This is mainly piped on outside of house. Guess what some of these houses are planned in to be rendered later this year so new pipework will have to be ripped off and replaced.

    Cart before the horse again.

Some kitchens are less than 12 months old.

Im not against the modernising there stock, its the wasted money due to lack of planning that winds me up.

Not sure I follow.. Are you saying there are 12 month old kitchens being replaced?? If so, then the replacements would have surely been in the planning before the current ones were even installed…?
