Black’s Law dictionary defines criminal and tortious assault as “the threat or use of force on another that causes that person to have a reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact.
The disabled lady did this on countless times during the video, it was sustained threats with one being, about ” dragging the man by is head” ( no mean feat for a person with MS to ” drag” a full grown man)
At one point she hits out at the man striking his hands which makes him drop is tobacco, this goes further than simple assault and the lady in question should also be dealt with by the law for this, I’m sure this video didn’t appear at his trial.
