I follow this every year, massive event, was great last year.
I remember the Lombard rally coming to Wrexham many years ago. Lots of bright lights and engine and gone again. Would be good to get a special stage. The mcd’s circuit maybe?
the council apart from moss, retout, dickens and roberts are more to blame than anyone else for the asset stripping that happened at wrexham fc.
This current lot at the council have not held on investigation into the part the planning, legal departments, some councillors (one now an AM) played. They shouldn’t be trusted with sports.
These guys should never be allowed to host a tiddlywink competiton, never mind a rally.
Luckily, the rally just wants to ‘borrow’ some roads, stages and somewhere to park overnight.
Even they can’t mess that up !Local Wales GB rally, that’ll mean at least a weekend of stage to stage Sprinting by myself, again.
Looking forward to it, hopefully it comes off.
Hopefully they’d have more marshalls than the bike race where drivers could enter the route by just ignoring the signs.
(Or where the signs were moved!)

Let’s hope they fix the pot holes then, noticed yesterday with all the snow etc they are appearing in huge numbers.
