I’ve gone in there in the daytime and it would appear a number of the lamps are PIR activated.
But I do find it amusing to see their ‘offer’ of a minimum parking charge of £2.50.
Maybe if Eagles Meadow / Vinci consider price matching the council or NCP they might get a few more folk parking there. Better still, get shops to rebate the cost of a parking ticket, so people using the place have an incentive to park there.
