What a fantastic evening at Under the Arches tonight, really well organised, and the site well laid out.

The band Salty Hog and soloist Luke Gallagher were great and The Big Beat slick and professional as always but manage to maintain that cosy rapour with the crowd, and their homarge to 70’s disco was pure Club 54! .

Throughout the evening there were face painters popping around catching everyone aged 1 – 99, even the police an patrol posed for pics with anyone that asked.

To top off a great evening, the fireworks were second only to an Aussie new year and the music accompaniment was great.

So all in all, a good fund raiser for Nightingale House, an extremely well organised event, a nice tribute to the victims of the atrocity in Nice and a special mention for the two local boys who died in tragic circumstances recently and a great night for the many families of all ages. well done everyone involved.
