Wrexham Council Executive Board see the Groves buildings as surplus to educational need . What next for the buildings? An application to the Lands Tribunial to remove the educational covenant , which would allow the building to be development as housing?
The self destruction button could be pressed on the Groves by allowing the homeless to take it over for a week – make it unfit and there is the reason to demolish.
What happened to the good old days when people took over a building and claimed ‘squatters rights’ with property owners having to spend months to secure an eviction. Would the Council want to be seen to be evicting people to end up on the street!!!
Waiting for a sign, any sign from the Exec Board that they are not pushing wilful neglect on the whole site and therefore as a result adversely impacting on the community across the whole town centre.

I believe that this is a voluntary group. I refer to thread “Open Letter to Hugh Jones”
