    There are dozens of clogged drains all around town. I haven’t seen any drains being cleared for a few years.

    That’s Conservative government cuts to council budgets. Austerity is still very much with us, as approved by the voters. You get what you vote for.

    Doesn’t the Welsh Assembly provide Welsh Councils with their budgets using money allocated to them by Westminster?

    Wasn’t the Labour government as much at fault for causing austerity as the Coalition Government for implementing it?

    No. The global financial crisis was caused by the casino-gambling bankers.

    And George Osborne didn’t charitably exempt Wales from his council cuts, why would he?
