Bringing in washing off the line I was covered in tiny spiders. There were Ladybirds on the washing too so had to give them a good shake.(The washing not the Ladybirds)
I guess with such a mild winter there will be a lot of insects about with the hot weather arriving.

Haven’t really seen a bigger influx of spiders or ladybirds to be honest.

Where we live, backs onto National trust land, Binnerky. We had some very strange spiders in our flat last year, that literally flattened themselves off on the ceiling probably as a self defence mechanism and would move around the ceiling. Took us ages to work out that they were in fact spiders. Never seen anything like it

We had issues last year with wasps when the gutter cover things at the rear of the property were replaced by the landlord. The workmen removed them, they uncovered a wasps nest, that left us with a dozen wasps flying around our windows on the INSIDE without them even being open, and they proceeded to bugger off without telling anyone what they had uncovered.

There are a few of them flying about at the moment though
