    You may well be right, if so they were in the wrong however I started this thread not to say that speeding is a good thing…. to say that would be a bit of a wild statement. However I would rather take my chance with someone ‘speeding’ (within reason obviously) and paying good attention to the road conditions and the road ahead than someone travelling within the speed limit but texting or on the phone or just not paying attention to their surroundings. Way to much is made in the media of the speed kills message, when you look at the statistics its mostly bad driving / drunk driving / drug driving that kills people not someone breaking the law by say 20% (random percentage) over the speed limit!
