There is re surfacing work along the road from the Tesco roundabout though the traffic lights to the road by the Mecca Bingo. They are also doing the piece around the KFC shop. Traffic is being held back into Tesco car park and as usual around Eagles Meadow to Mount Street roundabout. I would avoid it if you can!

There is a rear exit to Tesco’s but it hardly ever open and never sign posted. If open it would certainly help the flow of traffic around the road works!

Just done a report on the issues here. Some people are using the overspill exit which takes you out by Mecca Bingo to avoid traffic. Council say they are checking the situation.

Wrexham council really need to look at doing major roadworks in the area at night.

They’ve said that officers have been and amended traffic arrangements which has “eased the issue.” This picture taken at 5pm disagrees:

There is no point in having the back exit open unless it has a sign-post!

Well I visited Tesco this morning and they had the rear entrance open and there is a sign-post to it! Coincidence or someone reading Wrexham.com?

    Sure they are ;)

I know there’s a fair bit of resurfacing to do there but it did seem as though the number of days was a bit much…

We walked past on Wed by the Sleepy Panda and there wasn’t much happening nor many workers about.

All the machinery has been removed today, obviously work has been suspended for the bank holiday, all the cones are still in place though!

I thought that yesterday as well, couldn’t see why the cones were still out.
