Drove down Ruthin Road (alongside Bellevue Park) today cars parked both side of the road it was a nightmare. The council should do something about it, ie double yellow lines on one side.:mad::mad:

People that park on pavements and block pedestrians, wheelchair users and people with pushchairs should get a hefty fine.

The car that was parked on the pavement was a mini, black and cream I think. I will get a picture if it is there tomorrow.

    Totally agree with cmaj76:

One way will just add more congestion to already congested roads, the answer is double yellow lines and fine anyone parking on there is that really that hard to understand?

The new traffic lights that have replaced the old roundabout are ridiculous as there are so many near misses and thats already causing congestion so this will just add to the problem.

The traffic lights are the most dangerous lights I have ever seen and only by luck there isn’t collisions there on a daily basis, not to say the congestion that has increased by at least 200%

Yes, double yellows down one side, or a one way system would sort it.

Or, you have a parallel footpath in the garden of rest – why not narrow the pavement alongside it and create bays?

Council will say we can’t afford it, have you got a tin of yellow paint going spare.
