Anyone know anything about this shop in Wrexham? It’s closed today. phone numbers published are uncontactable. Paid £75 on Monday for 2 phones to be unlocked and not done. Seems suspicious.

ItS the one by the card shop and Dolland Aitchinson. Has had a couple of names. Found out that trouble in management. Managed to get hold of someone by phone to resolve problem. Would not recommend going there…if it reopens?

Am I understanding you correctly? They still have your phones?
If so, try citizens advice. The store has your property, and they have to return it. I would imagine its theft if they refuse. In which case it is a police matter.
