Listening to the results this afternoon it looks like there must have been considerable confusion for people with 14,582 votes being rejected as spoilt ballot papers.
The Electoral Commission must surely have to ensure a simpler system is in place in 5 years time for the next PCC election.
I wonder of we will see a By Election in Wrexham now if Arfon decides to step down as a local Councillor a a PCC role is intended to be full time..
