I’m not suggesting that there isn’t a problem, only questioning what you are expecting to be done. People have to park somewhere – if they live there, visiting the cemetery or related to the college – and if it is not illegal to do so then game on – if it is then its parking enforcement. If the vehicle is parked in a position that is obstructing other road users then it is a police matter.

I live in a glass house in Utopia so there – ha, ha, ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha…..
