How is it going to be demolished? Is it going to be brick by brick or a big controlled explosion. Hopefully it is a controlled explosion.

Unlikely to be brought down by detonation, because of the footprint and proximity to the leisure centre and other vulnerable buildings.. It’s mostly precast slabs so unlikely to be ‘brick-by-brick’. Most likely ‘slab-by-slab’.

Shame. The police station being brought down by detonation would have been a very ‘arresting’ spectacle.

Apparently it’s full of asbestos, so blowing it up wouldn’t be a good move. 😳
