I’ve told him to look at Holt and also the Coed Y Glyn area, I find both quite nice. House would be for a family of 4 with good schools high on his wish list, transport not a problem. No offence to anybody from Marford or Rossett but I know for sure he wouldn’t fit in there.

Borras and Acton are best bet if you want to live near to town.

I recently moved to Ruabon and love it here, a few decent pubs (including CAMRA UK pub of the year in The Bridge) and good transport links with the A483 and the train station.
