A Freedom of Information request by BBC Wales has found that Wrexham Council, among a number of others in Wales, is owed £449,175 under 106 agreements . These are agreements made between the Council and private developers. They are designed to mitigate the impact of developments on a local area and can be used to improve community facilities . The question that remains is why hasn’t this money been paid ?

Have just asked the council for some form of comment on this as it seems rather a lot.
