    Historians say that the Wrexham’s steeple in the 19th century rhyme about the Seven Wonders of Wales refers to the steeple of St Mark’s Church (see being demolished above) not the TOWER of St Giles as many erroneously believe. What a pity people were so free and easy with the bulldozer in 1960s-2000s Wrexham as their damage has had a serious negative impact on the town which still effects us today.

    Awwwww, Am all sad now. Want wxm to be lovely wxm again!!! Is astounding how much you believe that the wrexham of now is the wrexham of always. It really used to be a very pretty town. Xx
