No they never do…
They tend to brush it under the carpet.
It should be the job of the scrutiny committees, but because the scrutiny committees have the same people or their political friends that made the decisions in the first place, so it’s brushed under the carpet. That’s why i believe all councillors should have just two terms.
For me, Wrexham village should have had a public inquiry.
