As long as he just says it is banter and an opinion – that is utterly fine. However, he stated it as fact when it is baseless – that is wrong and misleading. Of course he’s not the first and won’t be last, all the politicians & councillors do it and wrexham suffers for it…

Beppe grillo just got a quarter of italian votes from just websites.

The arab spring was from all websites.

Do they ever look into these cases afterwards to see if it was a good investment or not, and to if lessons could be learnt in the future? It seems that the money just disappears and nobody ever considers the impact this has.

Its surely time for Wexham to look at the decisions it made in the past, the money is spent, debate what succeeded and what didn’t, and set out to the community how the future will be different. One subject that should be top of the list is Clywedog School which must have been performing for some terms under the eyes and supervision of the County.

    No they never do…

They tend to brush it under the carpet.

It should be the job of the scrutiny committees, but because the scrutiny committees have the same people or their political friends that made the decisions in the first place, so it’s brushed under the carpet. That’s why i believe all councillors should have just two terms.

For me, Wrexham village should have had a public inquiry.
