I’ve noticed for a while now that the Kingdom Security environmental enforcement officers are ticketing illegally parked vehicles around the town centre, especially by the side of McDonald’s. Whilst not condoning people who illegally park, the council made no mention of the fact that Kingdom would be authorised to give out parking tickets. When they first announced the contract, they only said that they were here to issue fines for littering and dog mess. Seems the council weren’t completely honest about this
Told “Wrexham Council enforcement officers only are issuing PCN’s. Kingdom have not and do not do parking enforcement for the Council.”
Further to this, I spotted a (council!) enforcement officer dishing out a ticket to a car parked on the pavement outside the royal mail sorting office about 1ish, so there could be a clamp down underway.
Borras if you are referring to outside McDonalds this morning I can confirm they were definitely the Council Enforcement officers and not Kingdom

No Parking outside there mate!
Why is it though, that people who break the law always whinge!
Speeders blame the ARRIVE ALIVE boys for hiding or the speed cameras ‘are in the wrong place’.
Yellow line hoggers blame Parking Enforcement for noticing their car on them!
Litterers blame the Enforcement officers for catching them dropping litter.
Dog Shitters blame the Enforcement Officer for catching them letting their dog crap and leaving the filthy and disease ridden excrement on a public right of way – bloody kids playing in the park, rubbing their eyes, going blind…..
