As per the title , Wrexview on here spotted that it was up for sale and has planning for 7 houses!

    and the house plan:

It seems the pub would be retained on the corner, and full planning is there for the houses.

Any link for an online sales listing? Might do a piece on it.

I heard a rumour that the pub is being converted into flats. Wouldn’t like to try to get out of that estate at rush hour!!

I’ve just had a look at the listing on rightmove and it says pub business unaffected, does that mean that the pub itself is not included in the sale? Looks like it’s just the plot of land with planning permission.

Land for sale in Salop Road, Wrexham LL13, LL13

Looks like the land with planning permission for 7 houses is priced at £350,000.
The price for the whole is/was £400,000. So it looks as if they have split it. Could the Green Dragon be demolished, or has it got listed building status ?

I heard that there was a fire at The Green Dragon over the weekend, I hope that it wasn’t foul play!

The fire was around the back – hill side – rather than the pub itself.

Saying that the pub is looking very tired, crazy to think it was open not that long ago!

The estate agents have cut the asking price I noticed the other day.
