    They’ve come out in force today. So, armed with a bucket of water with bleach I soaked the front paths. Ants hate the smell and they die very quickly.

    They die the same day anyway so bit of a wasted effort. Pest controllers love flying ant day as they get multiple jobs and have to do next to nothing to make the customer happy.

    I’ve heard that many times over the years, but we’ve been plagued with them for weeks in previous years. My Mum had them even worse, she would wake up in the morning covered in them.

    I haven’t seen any yet. When they do appear I do the ant stomp around the patio :D

    They reckon they’re two weeks earlier than the norm this year. Haven’t seen one since putting the bleach down yesterday.
