Just got in and there are branches down in many areas. Chester road near to Garden village cars are swerving to miss branches on the road, Bersham road near to the training centre was another area with branches across the road.
The wind is particularly strong this evening, take care everyone.

HGV overturned on the link road between the industrial estate & cross lanes hotel, road will be closed soon to allow for recovery.

Several events reported tonight, aerials and chimneys down. We’ll have to wait for the storm to abate to assess the full damage around the area.
