Its only the 2nd of January. But what a surprise.(Sarcasm there.) My train to Euston at 07.00hrs this morning was cancelled without any info. Why?
It seems once again as a paying customer, I will be treated with the same level of customer care and contempt I was treated to last year. And its only the first full working day of the new year!
Shame on the train companies. Their arrogance is truly breath taking.
