Why when we have so many artists and art students in Wrexham do the Council commission three out of six artists from London to produce Wrexham/Welsh souveniers for the opening of Ty Bawb. Ty Bawb is supposed to be to promote the arts locally yet the Council have already through this action stated local talent is not good enough for the project- massive own goal
