The Council have at last published information early enough for someone to read and submit a question in advance.
The problem is the agenda for the CUSTOMERS, PERFORMANCE AND RESOURCES SCRUTINY COMMITTEE — 26/03/2014 Agenda : Customers Performance & Resources Scrutiny Committee is that there are no reports for anyone to read.

This is a total sham by the Council..

Is this the agenda for the meeting published earlier than usual with no reports or information included?

Yes– it is published about a week earlier but of no use if there are no reports — it is published with no hyperlonks so is a waste of time

Then someone knows they’re in the wrong! Must be a good example for the local government ombudsman, or someone to review. Democracy, oh why no democracy?
