So many addicts hanging around the old War Memorial Hospital doors of Coleg Cambria make me concerned for the students.

The addicts are always there … are they just hanging around in large groups with nothing to do? Are they waiting for dealers?

Not a good look.

The situation seems to be deteriorating again.

There seems to be a new lot come in from somewhere, perhaps they follow the students as a new intake !! :)
