Why? oh why? oh why? do the council let people get away with such disgraceful and disgusting things like that shown in the picture on Wrexham.com news! Young mums with pushchairs, OAP’s and disabled, even dogs in pushchairs [who is that nutty woman on Cefn Road?] passing by; a factory, shops and even a local school within feet of the scene!! People have to wait here to catch a public service bus [late or gone early!] next to this kind of thing – not the woman with an inflatable cock! No, check out the picture again – there is a panel missing off the bus shelter roof!! What an utter disgrace!! What do I pay my taxes for…etc…etc….
