It appears that there are changes due in the managment structure of the Council with various people leaving and some who have previously worked for the Council returning on temporary arrangements.

Children’s Services started this week
Senior management before Christmas
Perhaps the new Chief Excecutive is already making his mark.

There appears to be disatisafctionn within the Council Member ranks about some Lead Members skills at holding their portfolio areas together and a number of changes may occur very soon — some being driven by the increasing demand to generate more cost savings. Budget proposals to be puplic over next few weeks and will be impacted on by the Welsh Government interim budget this week.
