Another side issue to the free car parking in December is that the new Ty Pwb arts hub has car parking income from the Peoples Market as part of its financial budget- if the free car parking is carried out again for Council Car parks have they adjusted their budget forecast to reflect a loss of 1/12th of their car park revenue. This adding to the already heavily predicted loss.

I say again Why could this not have been done ????

The way to have done it would have been to do what they did at the maelor hospital at one time, everyone has to take a ticket where the time would be recorded, which then would make people nervous about over staying their time. Simples !!!
