Bringing Buses back to High Street

I noticed today a bus called “Town Link” in the Asda car park. Does anyone know the route taken by this bus? Could High Street be incorporated into the route?

It seems as if the Council have decided to run the buses from 9.30 – 2.30 Monday to Sa****ay from March 2012. If it is aimed at increasing trade in the town centre surely they should at least start with a bus that runs all day, say 9.30 to 5.30 in order to test the market and see demand.
