The decision to open a job by a major multiple these days is not based on a whim but very sound data on footfall, customer spend potential, accessibility are just a few. The supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsbury that have Loyalty Cards know in advance of you stepping into a store roughly 60% of what you are going to buy so they stock accordingly. Retailing is quite carry that they have ‘read’ your mind before stepping foot in a store as humans are creatures of habit and very predictable.

Aye, Cool Trader was his next business, when Iceland begged him to come back Cool Trader was part of the deal, then they sold it to Heron a year or so ago.

HMV is shortly going to be occupied by the Outdoor shop that is in Eagles Meadow- information came from staff member. Move due to wanting more space which is great news that a store has confidence.

Trespass? The unit they have on Eagles Meadow looks bigger then the HMV unit.

Heard this morning that its likely it will be a ‘end of line / clearance’ style store, so will be interesting to see if that is the case!
