Ok, what are the bad habits of fellow motorists that wind you up the most on the roads of the Wrexham area?
To get the ball rolling I’ll say – People who drive on ( or idiotically turn right ) whilst in the left hand lane ( Smithfield Road turning only ) on the roundabout by Eagles Meadow.
– People who Stop and Wait for an opening, instead of just merging on the road system between the Fire Station, Dunelm and Royal Mail.
– The occasional idiot who gets to the left turning junction on Powell Road ( for Holt Rd ) and then drives straight across for Tesco!?
There’s got to be PLENTY of other examples…People who don’t clear their windscreens before driving off.
That and the person who was driving towards me as I was driving past the sorting office the other night!Tailgaters, drivers that don’t indicate and ones that park about half an inch from your driver’s door in supermarkets
People who don’t know were the switch is for the lights on their car at night- idiots that are a danger to themselves and other road users.
People who fail to use the corrct lanes on the A483 northbound sliproad to go to Mold / Town Centre / B&Q. Left Lane = Mold and Town Centre/Sainsbury’s. Right Lane = Hospital / B&Q / Back onto A483 southbound
People who use left hand lanes at roundabouts to turn right (Tesco roundabout) and right hand lanes to turn left (golf club roundabout down to ind estate). Complete moron’s!
People who get in the right hand lane at JCB and stay there at 50mph and refuse to move over all the way down to the Gresford roundabout as they’re getting on the A483 towards Chester.

That would be classed as ‘lane hogging’ and carries an on the spot £100 fine with 3 penalty points.
