BBC News – Ambulance service probe delay reaching Sion Davies
Pity they are not honest and state how many were actually waiting outside a hospital A&E, I trust that information will form part of the investigation.
If you want to listen to any of the issues for the Ambulance Service they are holding their Executive Board meeting at Catrin Finch Centre, Glyndwr at 10.30am today — it is open to the public to listen to the issues.
Have only just seen this or I would have gone along ! It would be interesting to,hear their side of the story and who they think we should lobby to get action!

Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust | Board Meetings and PapersAt long last they are going to open some extra beds in the Maelor Hospital to help alleviate the problem of rows of ambulances waiting outside A&E. Hope this means permanently more beds. A growing population coupled with a cull of hospitals like Llangollen has lead us to this situation, the Health Authority got their sums wrong when deciding how many beds were required. Hopefully they have now recognised their mistake .
It’s time we had an NHS Walk in Centre in Wrexham. This would help to reduce the numbers using A & for minor things.
