Planning Committee voted in favour of the development at the Albion 7 votes to 6 with 2 abstentions. What is the point of having Councillors sitting on the fence and not taking a view . The Planning Committee seemed happy with bicycles to be stored in rooms and outside space to be the nearby park! Why can’t Wrexham Council insist that one bedreoomed flats are the baseline of accommodation for Wrexham residents. Each application should be decided independently and not in relation to previous ones that were overturned on appeal or the state of Council funding.
