South Wales are to make the only motorway in Wales the M4 a Toll Road. No I am not a day late with another ” April Fool” joke. They are doing it for real !
Will it be like the M6 toll road in Birmingham? A relief road to take the pressure off the congestion. Have used the M6 one so as long as it’s an alternative route I might use it. Should have read the article first doh! Will do so now.
