So far this has been an unusually mild November and no sign of harsh winter weather yet but there are still a large number of ambulances waiting outside A&E. Despite all the publicity The Welsh Assembly have failed to act and sort out this problem .They constantly speak of taking on extra powers but can’t manage those they already have. Time for them to prove they can deliver “fit for purpose” services. Would we be better off if Westminster took back the management of the NHS in Wales?
Dont give me any of that namby-pamby right wing propo-gooseygoosey-ganda JimBowen, you must be aware of all the climate control subsidy grants that the WAG have withdrawn in the last few years, oh course they control the weather, and another thing, global warming has been such a flop due to poor insulation and draffty windows7.
