I have been called a liar on at least 2 occasions where I have declined to provide ‘proof’ of the statements made. That is sailing very very close to being libellous.

Please start the litigation. You wouldn’t be the first to threaten it, but you would be the first to start it.

Rob has my details. I give my permission for him to exchange our real names (although i’ve already given it here), email addresses, phone numbers etc, if you agree.

I look forward to your solicitors’ email.

Once again Wayne, you have misrepresented a comment of mine and tried to twist it for your own ends, whatever they may be.
There is neither an explicit or indeed implicit ‘threat’ in the paragraph extracted from the post quoted by you.
Seriously Wayne, perhaps you ought to take more notice of what you read without trying to extrapolate to the n’th degree. Perhaps now that you have stated that litigation has been threatened previously by a n others(s), it may be an appropriate time to take stock as to whether you are the one causing that reaction in people.
You simply cannot be so forthright with impunity and one day you may be surprised that someone takes serious umbrage to your personal insults and litigation is the only remedy open to them. Or maybe you consider it to be some sort of a badge of honour? I don’t know, only you know the answer to that one.

    You are Norman Tebbit?!?

the norman tebbit remark was with aspiration not the ‘get on your bike’.

we shouldn’t be satisfied with the bad points of wrexham and be apatheical about them. we should want and aspire better.

Anyone who knocks the best football club in the world and doesn’t see the good within it (especially with the greatest and most hard working supporters) is quite frankly not someone who loves or proud of the town.

every single statement shows an acceptance of the current state of affairs That shows contentment with it, laziness in putting any effort in, apathetic and no aspiration.

It’s very sad. Norman Tebbit would have a field day.

Also hypocritical when you negatively call people NIMBYs for trying to nurture the ground swell of opinion.

You are both sometimes very dictatorial in your views & occaionally the rest of us ordinary mortals get caught up. We all write points which we feel are viable as debate allows & sometimes someone puts a point across that makes us stop & think. There are ways & means though of putting your opinion across without denigrating others.

I think this medium is difficult when tone of voice isn’t used. The vocabulary used can come across as harsh when maybe it isn’t meant that way. I take everything on here at face value and try not to read too much into it but sometimes it makes me cringe and I must admit I do react. That’s just me I’m afraid. If I think something is unjust I can’t keep quiet I have to say something.

so you are backtracking that there is nothing i have said that is close to libellous?
