Default Olympic stadium

Interesting how Boris has favoured West Ham. Although concession money will go to the legacy company or at least a share that is a lot of London subsidy for one team. I expect the traders of Stratford will be the winners!

isn't this a little bit hypocritical of youself, as you don't live in london, so according to some of your previous posts, it's none of your business.

Personally, this land deal should have gone to a public inquiry. There are afew eyebrow raising issues that should be debated in public.

Went past the stadium on wednesday... it's like a ghost town now. So at least it is being used and some of the losses can be redcovered.

To be honest it's better it's used for football than just to be left or demolished.

You would have hoped the plans for it would have been sorted before they had built it - there was enough time to plan !

It seems that West Ham is to be the main tenant with other sports being able to use it. I haven't been able to find any details on the other sports involved but I would hope that local sports clubs would be able to use the facility.

Still shocked by your aggression. it's not good for you having all this hate.

In regards to west ham there are two main issues...

1. the confidential agreements - why the secrecy?

2. and what is going to happen to upton park? or to be more exact where will the profits go when they build on it? For any wrexham fans, it must seem a very familiar story. club with debts will sell land to pay off debts, yet there is nothing in place that this will happen.
